AFDs

Longweights AFDs were born from the need for a pair of trousers that were made specifically for the work we do as chefs. Something that didn't tear at the seams, wasn't cheap polyester crap or expensive fashion. something that allowed me to move freely, up and down stairs with loads of veg, ingredients and prep or crouching down to get into service fridges etc whilst being tough as hell and able to handle the long hours of relentless prep and service. I also wanted it to look good, smart but casual, like a respected professional not a teenager wearing oversized clothes. 

so here we have them: 

100% brushed cotton from brisbane moss UK. (Fun fact: 1. This same material was used in miliotary unifrioms in the 1800. 2. brushed cotton referes to the feel of the surface of the materail and makes it easier to liuterally brush whatever you get on them off)
